By accessing or using EstateDraft Florida ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Nature of Service

EstateDraft Florida is a self-help document software platform. EstateDraft Florida is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. DraftCounsel™ is an AI-guided document assistant, not a lawyer. EstateDraft Florida does not decide which legal documents are appropriate for you. You choose the document path you want to explore.

3. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Use of the Platform does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and LegalDraft Technologies LLC. Communications with EstateDraft Florida are not protected by attorney-client privilege.

4. Attorney Review Services

Attorney review, if selected, is provided separately by a licensed Florida attorney/law firm under that attorney's own engagement terms. Attorney fees are billed directly by the firm — not by LegalDraft Technologies LLC.

5. Florida Residents Only

The Platform is designed for Florida residents. Documents are drafted according to Florida law. Users in other states should consult a licensed attorney in their jurisdiction.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide. You acknowledge that you have selected your own document path and that EstateDraft Florida has not recommended any particular documents or plans for your situation.

7. Limitation of Liability

LegalDraft Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to errors in documents, reliance on AI-generated guidance, or failure to seek independent legal counsel.

8. Refund Policy

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@estatedraftfl.com for assistance.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
